I was working on a new exercise about 6 months ago and I kind of put it on the back burner. But maybe this is the right time to start it again.

Reverse/Foward Jelq: Basically what it entailed was a the first hand does a palm down slow(5 seconds) hard jelq at 95% erect while doing a reverse kegel. The second does a palms up normal jelq while doing a kegel (5 seconds). Once the motion is going the expansion is amazing. Give it a try.
 
i always kegel as i jelq. if i do 500 jelqs that mean i did 500 kegels. a reverse kegel i feel just opens up blood flow so that the penis becomes less engorged. this is just my first thought though and will have to try it.

That makes sense because the Reverse Kegel is a total unflex of the muscles so it would drain some of the blood from the penis.

Never thought of it, but this is probably why my eq is always better when I do girth workouts.

It's a good idea to do 20 minutes of jelq as warmup right before a pumping session. This approach is best for people who are fully focused on girth work.
