So... was trying to jelq.... did about 100. Ended up deciding to bust my nut, because it felt too good. Does this happen to anyone else? Or am I just appetitive and weak-willed? :eek:(. Also, if I just do a rigorous stretching routine every morning (30 minutes), will I get the length gains I want without jelqing? I find jelqing to be pretty bothersome... is there any other excercises that hits the same aspects as the jelq?

Also, a few more questions. I hope people get to em!

1) Noticed during stretching today that the tip of my glans is turning purple... bad sign?

2) Does anyone else feel like after a good stretching sessiong that their member seems to get smaller / retract?

3) Is it okay to run about 45 minutes before a stretching session?

4) You think 30 minutes of stretching in all directions is a decent amount of stretching for length gains?

Bro, jelqing should be the base for any beginner workout. Check out DLD's newbie routing in the News section and start with that.

Also, have some self control... at least finish your workout before you allow yourself to ejaculate. NPenis Enlargement is about being consistent over time and it starts with your persistence and self control. Just keep at it and you should be able to achieve your gaols in no time.

Jelqing is good stuff. Even though I've moved on to constrictors, I still jelq every once in a while because it feels great!
