I just jelqed 30 minutes, got good expansion, 3x10 minutes of basic jelqing and 5 sets of SSJ between jelqing sets, got good expansion.
This was first session after a month break so I approached my routine with lower intensity. Tomorrow will be different routine, DLD's newbie complete routine plus 15 minutes of SSJ after 600 jelqs, I'll see what I can get with this.
