Is it possible to gain length with basic stretches only?

Newbie routine includes jelqs first (to weaken the tissues) and then do the basic stretches - this intuitively tells me that it might be more effective than basic DLD stretches only but...at the same time basic stretches on their own should lenghten the penis as well...Has anyone tried basic stretches without jelques and found out they work?
 
Listen, the newbie routine does not advocate jelqs to be done before stretches and I think it is more for girth expansion and acting as additional length exercise than to exhaust/weaken the tissues. Stretches are effective by themselves, yes. :)
 
Do other people corfirm what Zambrodom3 wrote? I need opition of more people on this subject...

We shouldn't settle for less. The basic stretches even when combined with jelqs will bring gains. However, the basic stretches is now like a warm-up routine in today's PE world. It's best to own a device like the length master 3 if you want to make quick length gains.
