Alright last night I switched up my routine up a little.I'm doing Penis Enlargement for length,so I stretch downwards and I jelque in a downwards motion.Ok so my exercise would go like this---I milk down-stop at my head and then do a kegal.I did 500 last night,the thing is when I got up in mid 400's I felt a involutary spaz in my dick.It almost felt like a charlie horse running up the left side of my shaft.I stopped and it went away,I started it up again then i noticed like a weird feeling in my left nut.I stopped again and stopped kegaling and just finished off with just reg jelques.My question to u all is--is this normal and has this happened to any of u.I also noticed that the suspensory lig on my right side is broken down,but on my left side the lig is still tight.When i jelque u can see the left lig cutting into the middle of the base of my dick,but on the right side after i felt that snap a lil while ago its just relaxed when i jelque
 
I get a similar feeling when I jelq in the fashion. Here is my advice. If you are doing a total routine of lets say 500 Jelq. do upward jelqs (torwards your chin) for 90 with kegels then do 10 slow downward strokes. Repeat this for 5 sets. This will help you benefit while doing the upward stokes and kegels while avoiding those cramps and shock your penis for 10 stokes downward out of every set.
 
First kegel and hold it for as many jelqs as you can, for instance, 1 long held-in kegel & 10 jelqs, etc. Find your range and then increase it over time.

Kegels can be accomplished for the day in the way you are suggesting.

Jelqing gives me such a length boost that I can't even superset it with regular kegels because the blood is overwhelming. So I superset with RK,not nearly as sensational but a good role player.
 
I've gotten weird feelings from doing one kegel per jelq too. Not quite the same, but a pop that doesn't feel right. So instead I kegel a few times then do my jelq. That's when I'm not clamping instead though.
 
I have that feeling while in my extender for long periods of time at high intensity.

I kegel between each jelq. kegel - jelq - kegel - jelq and just continue that pattern. keeps my cock fully expanded the entire time

Thats it, getting the right timing down and remembering to do it. With each Kegel more blood is being pumped into the penis which obviously benefits expansion in a big way.
 
When it comes to doing jelqs, I go by time. I do it for 20 mins. I do it as a plus to my routine. I don't rely on jelqs alone. You can do 20 mins session of jelqs as a means of complimenting yout length or girth routine.

You should never make one exercise to accomplish all. Choose a combination of exercise
