During nov '15 I set a goal to reach by the end of the year... I was roughly 10mm from it (I like to set small increments)

At the beginning of Dec '15 I fell into depression (struggled for years) and long story short I havent been PE'ing since

I miss PE and ready to start again... and the last few days I was mucking around with erect bends and erect stretches. I noticed my erection being a tad longer so I measured and voila... not only did I reach my goal.. I also gained another millimeter haha

The only thing I can attribute is that during my time off I always massaged the base of my penis and have always visualized measuring my penis at the goal lengths ive wanted... and generally visualized myself having a very long penis and really believing it

Thats about it... strange things happen and im ready for another year
 
de-conditioning can help help restore erection quality that you possibly didn't have when Peing resulting in new growth. Happens to alot of people who hang.
 
no PE n still gaining very interesting,wonder how many men have experienced the same..:)

Sorry I forgot to mention... the goal was measured in BPFSL

erection had gained too, but as u say... EQ changes and gives inconsistent measurements

for me BPFSL never lies
 
A reconditioning break is important to some men. It is a strange phenomenon but seems to happen every once in a while. I would not question it or even try to pin down why, just be grateful that you made the gains!

fucking frustrating isnt it.. gaining lenght can get so hard sometimes..luckily i have the LM what i need to get gains increase intensity,n maybe spend more time stretching.......

So important to securing erect bone pressed gains. These need to be done at least 3 days a week for a minimum of 5 minutes.
 
I can't get grip doing erect pulls. I think its cause im uncut skin just rolls forward.

Did you measure BPEL or NBPEL

I made a mistake in my post

But my goal length came in measuring BPFSL...because its the most consistent way for me to measure

Exactly! We all want a bigger erect measurement but unfortunately the penis does not usually conform to these measurements. Whether it be anxiety, fatigue or other variables, the measurement will never remain consistent even though it will consistently grow. So if your FSBP measurement is increasing you know for certain your erect measurement is increasing or will very soon. What I do to get the erect measurement is fool my dick. I will get my mind submerged into a ���� while on Viagra with the ruler at my side. The second I know I am fully erect I grab the ruler and make the measurement.

I'm seeing a one week break maybe in a months time. We will see if I will make any gains once I embark on the one week break.

One week is a perfect way to decondition yourself and reset the penis for a new intensity. It is also good for those taking official measurements.
