Hydromax x40 .. too tight ? It is a nice side effect, my first pump is too small !
I have ringmarks at the base... Common trouble. Did anybody got results with a bigger pump ?
Does is stop further girth gains to stay with a too small pump ?

I'm between 5'75 and 6' girth at base
Between 5,4 - 5.5 midshaft

x40 ? Penomet ?

X40 is the way to go and pick up some pump sleeves, these will greatly help with pressure and comfort. Penomet is no longer available on the forums.

At 199, I could have a lot of dry pump choice instead ...
I'm wondering if it could be a better move for girth ?!
Water pump is handy... In the shower.
With a dry pump ...

The biggest differences between water and air pumping is the type of gains you get. With air there is always extreme fluid retention and air blisters always seem to slow the progress. With water this is not the case, water allows for excellent expansion without all the horrors of sir pumping.

Get yourself the 2.5 Mityvac pump. The best in the market right now.

Hydromax x40 what does this pump represent. They have changed names on the pumps now.

The only difference i can see is the handball pump is different to mine & it comes in a soft case not a hard case these days.

Okey. x40 = HydroXtreme 9.
Thanks. Yes. I have two different versions of the hand pump. I believe in the new one there is no valve (the exact same replacement valve as in hydromax pumps). Everything is built-in in the new hand pump.
