i started jelqing and mastrubating did m too hard with no rest...
i have problems getting it up and getting it down. The blood won't flow properly through the upper section of the middle of my penis...
i have been getting the problem from too much and too hard jelqing and masturbating without rest.

So when my penis wants to inflate the blood won't go to the top, and when it deflates it wont go to the base..

Should i stay away from any sexual activitys to heal or should i mastrubate once a day?
and what might heal it in the long term?
please help me out cause its a realy big deal for me...
 
never heard of anything like that. to me it sounds like you got the most simple side effect of gaining... lack of blood. if your cock can have 1 liter of blood and you train it to be able to obtain 1.2 liters. and you only put 1 liter in it. then it doesn't look fully erect.

my advise? take a break and do a lot of PC flexes. if you have literally blocked your bloodflow you could see it on your cock aswell. but i can't even imagine how that could happen.

give it 1 week with rest and i can almost guarantee that you will be back on track

however remember that PC flexes should come with the exercises. those 2 have to follow along

i'm not an expert at pe, pc flexes are to train the thing that pump blood into ur cock? well if that is so, i don't think that is the solution cause that seemed fine. The problem is the blockage of the blood, and maybe an superstrong pc thing could help but my first concern is to get rid of the blockage.
 
Try ibuprofen. I used 200 mg 3 times a day for a blood clot in my unit (sounds more dangerous than it was). Worked out great, all good now.
 
Maybe you aren't warming up and down properly.

I try and use a heat wrap for 20 minutes before and after each workout. Its really good.
 
i didn't at all, masturbating was my warming up :(
but i'm now focussing on how i can recover...

You need a lot of rest, at a couple of weeks of no sexual activity. Plus jelqing is a dangerous excercise, dont use it, use Bathmate instead. Also what i personally would do is take some omega 3 fish oil for healing.
 
i have had one total rest day so far.

unfortualy my problem got a bit worse 2 days ago, it startes to give a burning pain.. anyone knows what this might indicate?
 
Always warm up before and after a workout. ALWAYS.

Do you have a heat pack?

Use it to heat your dick up for 10 - 20 minutes before and after the workout.

For now, rest for a few days and then get back to it. WARM UP.

@Dick_slinger, your kidding right? Jelqing isn't really dangerous. IMO it should be the main girth exercise. I would trust my own hands more than putting a pump on my dick.
