I think most would say about forty-five minutes is the max. My routine usually takes forty-five, but on a good day it can be as little as thirty (excluding pre-fatigue methods). But I don't know your routine so id say just as long as you're expanded most of the day :blush:

I think what you are doing in addition to BathMate pumping is important to hear. What is the total routine you are using?
 
I hear that dynamic pumping is better than static. If its not too hard try to do that (Inflating, and deflating rather than just staying at max), and with the wine vac mod it will be even better :blush:

This doesn't work for you? It's surely a bit of hassle, but has worked for me. Using my X30 Extreme now though, but the image shows how I used the Hercules with Vacu-Vin/wine-vac mod.

For the men who can not get the Wine-Vac to work the BathMate Extreme is the way to go. Unfortunately there is no Extreme with the Hercules so a wine-vac is the only way to go.

About the ring, I wish I could remember better! But most likely it was from a sleeve. I'd think a thick O-ring could do the same job. The part just needs to be pliable and surround the area. It's a bit of work, not as streamlined as with the Extreme, but it does work.

Well, as long as you are pulling out every 5 minutes and use the SlowSquashJelq for 5 counter minutes you could go for ever. The biggest thing to learn about the BathMate is at what point to you start taking on retention, this would be the longest your should remain in the tube before SSJ for at least 5 minutes. This not only allows for safer sets it also brings tissue expansion far quicker than other methods. So, if you are someone who can go 10 minutes in the BathMate I would still counter with 5 minutes of SSJ.
