I been using the PF for about a week and I'm not sure what tension to use. I have previously used the SizeGenetics and gained zero size in the 4 months of using it (with the SG I was using it at 900G tension).

Should I stick to the yellow zone between 1000-1500G or go higher on the PF. I ask this as gaining nothing with the SG was very discouraging so I don't know whether using very high tension (red zone) should lead to gains.

Also I've seen a video where a guy has the PF set at a lower angle (across his butt) to gain increased tension, but I imagine this to be uncomfortable. Has anyone else tried this?
 
Gaining nothing with SG sound pretty weird and Id like to ask you this:

- how many hours/day did you use SG
- how many days OFF you took in the 4 months
- did you do any other form of PE during this time ? (like manual stretching, jelqing etc.)


I wear my PF on red most of the time, yellow during sleep.
For day use I have PF around my waist, for night time I have it attached below knee so its more comfy to sleep with.

Before using any "device" I did jelqing and manual stretches for about a year and gained about 0.25 inches.

So I'm hoping to gain some size as the PF was very expensive.

With the SizeGenetics were you steadily adding bars or base screw extensions? The SizeGenetics requires a constant, steady addition of either small increments through base screws or through adding more bars (.25"). I also suggest you look into SRT since you have much of the equipment. SRT is a perfect routine that really highlights not only the active gaining but also the passive healing of gaining size. It brings a 14 year conquest into one thread teaching you everything you could possible want to know about exercises, routines and tools.
 
Where can you buy a replacement sponge ring or a suitable alternative for the PF in the UK?
