Hey guys, before anyone jumps on my shit about BSN products being over priced and not worth it, I know I know. I have used NO-Xplode and CellMass together before with great results, and have been on an "off cycle" with supps and lifting in general. I just picked up a tub of NO-Xplode, CellMass, and a big bottle of Nitrix. (Never used Nitrix before.)
My question to you guys who know alot about supps and routines is this...
What is the best in your opinion routine for taking this stuff? I don't necessarily want to follow the instructions on the labels to a t, because that seems like ti would be total overkill. I was thinking something along the lines of Nitrix 3 pills in the morning, and 3 at night sometime after dinner...No-Xplode 2 scoops before working out, none on non workout days, and CellMass 1 scoop right after working out, and 1 before bed, 1 scoop on non workout days. Does that sound ok? Basically I want to get the most for my money, by not using this stuff up in 1 month. Thanks men...
