I'm fairly new to this Penis Enlargement, been hand stretching for a couple of months, admittedly on and off, not much success yet.

I'm thinking of trying hanging and I'm only vaguely aware of all the available devices. Could someone offer me some advice on these and where I can obtain them.

I would suggest <A HREF=http://www.forsize.com/bibhanger>The BIB Hanger</A>.

There's only one way to go, and as Big Al said, the BIB hanger is the best way to go.......

I would go with a vacuum hanger. BTC makes an execellent device, the MV-2 at mynewsize.com. He's had some business trouble but I think he's gotten back on his feet. Monkeybar also makes a good vacuum hanger at autoextender.com. And there's another one called the Grip.

I prefer vacuum over compression based hangers like the bib because I feel like I have better blood flow. With anything its important to start very slow and build up in time and weight very gradually. I only increase in small increments when I no longer get fluid build-up or soreness. I usually increase in time by 5 minutes or weight by a pound or two. I gained my first inch manually and I gained half an inch with hanging, so either way you can gain but hanging is so much more enjoyable. Good luck to ya.

Not to "poo poo" any above comments, but put a lot of thought into which device you buy. The BIB "starter" is my personal recommendation....but only because I've had excellent experiences with hanging, and with the man himself from a customer service standpoint. BIB has a no questions asked return/replacement policy. Early on when he was developing the "starter" and "starter, hardcore" (the starter w/out the gel cushion) I helped with testing, and when I had a crack, or something broke, I had a new hanger in a few days at no cost to me.

Hanging is not something to take lightly either. I highly rec. that you study up on all the sticky threads, and videos available here in the hanging forum. You also need TIME to devote to hanging. It's a worthwhile endeavor, I've gained about 2" of solid length over the last several years of on and off again hanging...but it is the most time consuming type of Penis Enlargement to engage in. I'm not knocking the Max Vac, or Grip, or other vacuum hangers either...but I've heard many complaints about blistering, and I've had blisters as well from using them. Blisters take time to heal from, and that keeps you from hanging consistently due to having to take time off every time you get one. Supposedly if you take the time to adapt to hanging with a vacuum hanger, you can eventually hang similar weight ranges as with a BIB hanger....but I did not have the patience to wait several months to reach that adaptation level. To each their own though. I'd personally rather be able to hang heavier weights for shorter time periods, at 15-20 minute intervals vs maybe a few pounds for several months while hopefully adapting to hanging under vacuum.

Just from my personal experiences. Again, study up on hanging before making your decision.

Thanks for the replies guys. I have experimented by making an original bib hanger using tubing. Not very succesfully I might add. But I did manage to get the thing on and tighten it. I didn't attach weights but pulled on it by hand. One thing I noticed was that it seemed to pull the skin around the base of my penis. when I do manual work I tend to drip the glans and it feels more like it's pulling on the internal structure. How important is this difference ?

I remember you telling me you several months ago you started seeing your first really good gains around 15 pounds. I have passed that point and had the good gains at that weight, and then plateaued for 60 days. I am now up to 20 -22 pounds and waiting to see what is next. I have added 1.12 so far...

Did you have a similar experience at some point along the journey?

I did see a similar experience actually. I moved up to the 20+lb range. Funny thing was, it didn't last long. I was hanging a consistent 5 days a week, and a total of 4 hours daily on average. It went along the lines of:

I used the 15-17.5lb weight range (after working up to it over several months of course) until I stopped getting fatigue at that level. I then upped to 20lbs, hung with that for probably a month, then I was upping to 22.5-25lbs. When I got to the 22.5-25lb range, with the amount of time I was putting into my hanging routine fatigue started coming faster. Usually within the first few sets of the day. After a few weeks at the 22.5-25lb range, I started to need to drop the weight again. Otherwise, I was not able to hang for as long in a day, nor complete all my sets every day. The answer for me, and from what I learned from reading BIBs' posts, and from direct communication with BIB himself via email, was not to drop how many sets (cut the work), but to lower the weight in order to finish my sets.

I was soon back to 15-17.5lbs all day, every day. Hanging really is a bizarre thing. It's different for most of us, but whenever I took more than a few days to a week off....I would be able to start back with 15-17.5lbs, that would work for a week or two, then I'd have to up the weight....then drop it back down again after another week or two.....it was like I had to "break it down again" to get my fatigue back...then I'd usually not have to go lower than 15-17.5lbs.

Hope that makes some sense.

With home made hangers you're going to see that sort of thing. The home made BIB hangers are "compression hangers". In other words, they grip, and compress around the penis in a semi circular fashion. Due to a mostly circular design they can only compress so much, and don't really grip those internal structures as well as a manufactured BIB hanger would. The internal structures need to be stretched along with everything else, so it is very important.

Thanks for the input again. I am noticing something similar. I am already back at around 18 pounds for 20 minutes with good fatigue. I have been on BIB's site as well for some feedback.
