hi everybody,
i was just wondering if theres anybody who has succesfull corrected their turkey neck if they had one. and if so, how and how long did it take?
sorry if this is in the wrong category.

PR,

I did. In order to get rid of turkey neck, it involves stretching the bottom of the shaft skin. When doing any lengthening exercises, the skin is generally pushed forward toward the head. Rather than stretching the bottom skin, the scrotum lends skin to the force, and keeps the bottom shaft skin from stretching.

So in order to stretch that bottom shaft skin, you must wrap the scrotum, keeping the skin in place, then put forward pressure on all the shaft skin, to get the shaft skin stretch.

I've had it off & on, not enough to deliberately do anything to correct it. However, I did notice that after using a pump it seemed to help the turkey neck appearance. I'm not sure, but I think that we need to stretch more skin in the long run to eliminate it - which sounds backwards I know. I'm imagining that the erect penis is "borrowing" some skin from the testicles, causing this problem.

I literaly stretch the shaft skin during my sessions. I do this by jelqing (the skin)to the base of my head with one hand, relieve some of the pressure and then using the other hand I pull back on the skin. That gives a good stretch to the skin and keeps the turkey neck at bay.

What's a turkey neck? I did a search but came up with nothing.
Part of the type of skin that makes the scrotum and has hair follicles lying down in it grows up the underside of the shaft, sometimes almost up to the head. This is why we have hair on the underside of the shaft. When shaven it looks very much like the plucked neck of a turkey. Stretching the part that has no hair may help the hairless skin grow wider thus pushing the hairy part further toward the sac. But take care to stretch gently and gradually or you will end up with white stretch-marks.

Bib, thanks alot for your input on this thread. How long did it take you to fix your turkey neck? Mine is very prominent and I can't stand it. I'm guessing that a cockring around the testicles during length work would not suffice? What do you you use for the wrap and to secure it? Is there more that one material that you could recommend?

I imagine that useing a cable clamp down around the testicles would also work as well while stretching it. or I started noticing a slight turkey neck myself and came up with a modified A stretch. I am right handed so this is what I do which also helped with my lack of ball hang as well. not alot but I notice when I am faithful in doing it, it helps alot.

anyways I take my left hand and make a jelqing ok grip above my testicles and then grab just behind the head of my penis with a A stretch and stretch it over the width of my left hand while pulling down. I have noticed some change from this with flaccid hang, balls not sitting so high and also no sign of turney neck since then. I personally am pretty tightly cut which I think was part of the problem which led to me noticing a start of the turkey neck.

Hanging for a couple of months over the shoulder worked great for me.

mogli,

>How long did it take you to fix your turkey neck?<

Well, not too long. I just did the scrotal wrap while hanging OTS with reduced weight. I would do heavier weight OTS hanging, then as I needed to reduce the weight because of fatigue, I would go ahead and wrap my scrotum for the last sets. IT is not too hard to stretch skin.

The point is, I was not doing this hanging to fix the turkey neck exclusively. I was simply multitasking, doing my OTS hanging in the fatigued state, and stretching the bottom shaft skin at the same time.

>Mine is very prominent and I can't stand it. I'm guessing that a cockring around the testicles during length work would not suffice?<

I have no experience with a cock ring. The scrotal skin must be fairly well secured though.

>What do you you use for the wrap and to secure it?<

I used sweat shirt material, just cut out of an old sweat shirt. You might call it jersey material, thicker than t-shirt material. I sewed velcro into the material for easy on-off.

>Is there more that one material that you could recommend?<

I would imagine Ace bandage might be good, if it is not too rough. Any substantial material would probably do.

Anyone got other methods of fixing the turkey neck?
Guess what? I have it also and the creeping hair down the shaft is a pain in the arse.

i would try weights just to try it out, but is there anything else i can use for weights? i just graduated abit ago and am still living with my parents so i dont think ill be able to order them. Any suggestions? I hate this turkey neck

I had some pretty bad turkey neck. Mine was the result of being circumcised too tightly and the skin needed to accomodate my erections was "borrowed" from the scrotum. The problem with skin expansion is that a certain amount of stretching force has to be applied to the skin regularly to cause the skin to permanently lengthen. When we are circed too tight, or gain length from Penis Enlargement, the skin of the shaft doesn't grow to accomodate because the hair bearing skin of the pubic area and the scrotum merely slide up the shaft a little and there is no stretch. The result is a hairy shaft with an ugly flap of nutsack hanging from the bottom side.

Although binding the testicles and BE do work, I'm sure, I have had more success fixing my turkey neck problems with a simple erect skin stretch.

Just get yourself nice and hard and grip the shaft loosely about midways, then pull down firmly toward the base of the penis, holding for twenty seconds or so, and repeat for several minutes. It's not going to feel good because you are stretching the inner mucosal tissue of the penis (the lighter colored skin above the circ scar) which is more sensitive. In fact, it's probably going to hurt a little. The plus side is, you are going to expand that more sensitive tissue and end up with a larger area of sexually sensitive skin while at the same time ridding yourself of turkey neck.

If you are uncircumcised, you are going to have to try doing this two handed. While holding the skin firmly with one hand near the top, stretch downwards with the other in a kind of tug-of-war type stretch toward the base.

When you are done, apply some vitamin e oil or lotion or something to sooth your skin.

I noticed results within a couple weeks of doing this exercise. It didn't cure the turkey neck instantly, but did make it noticeably recede.
