30 kilo is A LOT.You might end up with some ligament injury...try with 20...then with 25..and see if you're comfortable with that...if you feel good you can try even with 30 but be careful.

Ok, So I read about Hardcore hanging over here : http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...g-lead-to-length-and-uniform-girth-gains.html

And I am thinking about trying it (Pseudo), but I am shit scared of doing it lol.
I presently hang 15kg comfortably. . . . Just wondering if this would be a good time to try 30 or 25 maybe?

I agree with ChilDsh, I think a progressive but steady increase to 30 from 15 would be smart. Maybe add 5 every week until you reach you max. Going to heavy to fast can cause ligament strain, which is harmless but very painful. Take your time, there is no rush.

the guy kingsnake is talking about in that thread, extreme, he has been hanging for like 15 years or some bullshit. I would not jump straight to heavy weights in any exercise penis enlargement or otherwise. I know how you feel though some of these guys got it going on

Heavy weight does not always equate to better gains, some men fair better with a lower weight that is progressively increased over time. The other thing that should be considered is hanging too much weight too soon and ending up with an injury. I hung for a total of about three months. I started at 15 pounds and made my way to 70 pounds in the last week of hanging. Over that time period I increased base girth considerably and I added about 1/4" to my BP measurement. I stopped because it was taking up 4-8 hours a day depending on the day.

Apparently hanging is an easy way to get the inner penis out,but doesnt call my attention:) lol

Also look at DashDemings thread on Hardcore hanging in the hangers forum, some excellent knowledge there.

Yep, I invented that method and that is a pretty decent thread. They are naming hangers after my method.

I will rather use the length master and SiliStretcher. I hate hanging.
