I currently do 3 sets of 15 minutes hanging 8 lbs. Is it okay to 3 sets more than once a day? Like 3 sets in morning, than 3 in afternoon, than 3 in evening. Would it be beneficial or just stick to what I'm doing?

That is fine. Some people have time to hang even 8-10 sets.
You might want to build your sets up gradually. You can also try to hang 20min per set.
 
Been hanging for a few weeks and I did up my sets to 20 minutes each and yeah I will gradually increase sets. Maybe do 2 sets in the morning and 2 at night.

Lower the weight and increase the sets. I've been hanging a couple of weeks too and I'm still at 2.5lbs and I just upped my sets to 5 20 minute sets. It seems like more sets should be increased before weight gets increased, and that more gains are obtained this way.

I still have not found evidence of someone who did a heavy girth routine AND hanging have problems gaining. Is this because no one wants to do this because of hear say? I just started hanging again 2 weeks ago and have been reading every night about hanging but I always get contradicting responses. I would love to hear from someone who has taken on a heavy hanging routine along with girth and even ADS and here what gains they have. I want to do this type of routine and think you could gain quick but everyone says DON"T do it but there is no evidence that say s it is actually bad and you won't gain, just a bunch of hear say? I don't know I am just ranting and going to try it because I have the time now so lets see how it goes. If I have missed someone actually getting peyronies, fucking their dick up, or not gaining while actually doing a routine like this please send me a link.

It's nothing to do with getting peyronies. It's because girth apparently toughens your tunica, and hanging focuses on lengthening your tunica.

It's up to you mate. No proof either way. If you wanna do both, do both. DLD has always told me to do both girth and length at the same time, like he did, and that clearly worked for him. However, a lot of the hanging community are saying to focus on length and stop girth while trying to gain length.

It's really entirely up to you.
 
I have another question. I am hanging 8 lbs and I can barely tell I am hanging. I hang for 3 sets of 20 minutes twice a day. It doesn't even feel like my penis is getting a workout.

It is just a theory like almost everything else in Penis Enlargement. There is no proof that doing girth and length at the same time is better either.
 
I didn't really state the question in the above post. Should I increase the weight until I start feeling like I am getting a good workout?

The idea behind hanging is to constantly be pushing the limits of the weight. I used to like to hang to complete fatigue using pyramid sets, starting low in weight and over maybe 4-6 sets work up to my maximum weight.

I was doing it all wrong, but I went on bib hangers forum and figured out how to start. Right now I am hanging 5 sets for 20 minutes 5 lbs. Going to increase to 6 sets in a week. I am now doing BTC angle until I stop gaining at this angle. After I get to 6 sets, I will start increasing weight by like half a pound per week. Maybe less if I feel like it is too much.
 
Right now it is just dumbbells but I am going to have to do something else. Maybe buy like half pound weights or something. Not sure yet.
