I haven't done any PE in 2 days. I was more focused on the 5k. Gonna get a stretching session in today.
 
Had plenty of time to get a stretching session done. Since it's been a few days I did more bundles to loosen up. 3x twisted each way just going straight out for 45s. Moved on to 1 round by hand and 2 with the LM.

This next week should be pretty good for getting stretching done. My work schedule looks like it will remain constant for a few weeks, I simply need to adjust my sleep schedule for more time in the morning since I'm going to continue running a few days a week. I should try a little harder to masturbate before stretching. Plus an orgasm after exercise really makes you feel awesome.

We'll see how the next 5-6 weeks go before my next measurement. Getting excited about what the ruler will show!

Here's my opinion - If it doesn't interfere with your sex life then it's okay. The minute you choose to masturbate to avoid sex or instead of sex there's a problem.

I will always choose sex over masturbation. If I'm going to its better for me to do it in the morning when she's not home. If I do it at night and she wants to have sex then I risk being less than 100% ready if its soon after. It takes me a little longer to feel like I'm getting full EQ again. I miss being young where I could turn around in less than 10 minutes and be fully erect again.

My sex drive is higher than hers, we're on different shifts which makes spending time together hard, and she's got some physical issues which cause her pain. It's hard to want sex when you're hurting. She has a doc appt soon to figure out exactly what's going on and what needs to be done. In the meantime I could easily be waiting a week or longer to have sex because of all 3 of those things. I have to be patient and understanding through all that.
 
Had a good BM session last night and I think I'm getting the reverse kegel down. If I can get that right I'll alternate BM sessions between 1 night kegels 1 night reverse kegels. That should actually strengthen the muscles more by giving them a rest day.

Got a stretching session in after masturbating but it didn't seem right. Wasn't getting a good stretch at all. Good thing PE relies on many sessions and not 1.

I don't do reverse kegel during my girth session. I only do the normal kegel. But I have read somewhere on the forum that it is important to do both type of kegel to balance it.

Time to prepare for stealth PE. Be creative and find places you can fit in PE, 5 minutes here and 5 minutes there. Piss pulls, stretching under the covers, jelq sessions when in shower, etc. You can actually gain on a stealth workout. At the very minimum maintain.

I need to try harder on doing that.

I was exhausted last night so I skipped girth. I knew I wouldn't get stretching in today. I will make sure to do girth tonight and stretching should happen tomorrow after my run. I haven't run in days and I'm upset about that too.

DLD said it never helped him increase distance so it doesn't always work. Doesn't hurt to try though.

I got 1 round of stretching in last night and I made the right call not bringing my BM into the shower as I ended up not being alone in there. Did some edging with my wife after a shower (women call it teasing).

Didn't get stretching in this morning since she was home. I'll get a round tonight before I shower and get a BM session in as well.
