After a decade together she usually knows when I'm about to orgasm. Sometimes she'll hold me back, other times she simply doesn't stop.

One thing that seems to really help edging is taking a deep breath and letting it out, at least for me it does. Plus you can give a little moan to let her know you're enjoying it. Sometimes we end up having sex after I get done a BM session and usually 200 kegels so it's hard for me to kegel my way out of an orgasm.

The past few days have been PE Deficient. Showering together and sex took the place of a few BM sessions. Stretching has been difficult to fit into my schedule all week. I swear I'm getting a stretching session in today. Going out for a short intense run first, then getting the stretching done.

Didn't get stretching in yesterday or a BM session. Couldn't retrieve my BM from the bedroom when I went to shower.

I did get stretching done this morning though. Noticed I'm getting "rings" at the base of my penis, as in more than 1, that indicate growth. Makes me happy.

Tonight I should be able to get a BM session in. Length tomorrow is just a matter of what time I wake up. Have a few appointments tomorrow so I've gotta get up earlier than normal if I want to get it done.

Got a BM session in last night. Since I had missed 1 or 2 in the past few days I did 100 RKs and 100 kegels. I think I'm doing the RK right...I hope.

Gong to start my stretching session in a few minutes.

Sounds awesome! The Reverse Kegel is simple to get down, when you pee next time push the flow of urine, that muscle mobvenemt in a RK. It will feel as though the muscles from your abs to your ass will be unengaged.
 
I'm sure I'm doing both kegels and RKs somehow. Maybe doing one when I think I'm doing the other. Either way it's getting done :)

Kegel=stopping the flow of urine
Reverse Kegel=pushing the flow of urine

Obviously you don’t have to be peeing to do it but that will show you the muscle flex and un-flex of the Kegel and the Reverse Kegel.
 
Nice one. Doing both RKegel and normal Kegel is a good way of balancing things.

The Kegel I try to do when I pee so I remember the way it's done.

Whatever else I'm doing I start by squeezing my butt cheeks in and then whatever muscles follow. It feels like I'm pushing my penis out even though when I watch on the BM guide it goes in a little.

Last night I was alternating the 2 every 10 reps for a total of 200 while in the BM. Doing this I'm breaking the 6" mark by the end of my sessions by almost 1/4" and coming out thicker than before. This is pretty much new territory in the BM for me as a year ago I was just breaking 6". This means 6.5" on the guide is coming soon! I only use the guide as an indicator of growth during a session and not a measurement but the further I go the longer I know I'm capable of reaching.

It looks like I've only got a few more weeks of consistent stretching before my wife has surgery and is home for 2 months. That'll be 3 months back in the routine and having to break it again :( I'll be able to do BM sessions still and should also be able to sneak a round of hand stretching here and there. I figure that will lock in whatever growth I've gained in 3 months while hopefully adding a little girth and then I'll be able to get back into stretching again. Repeat after me - PE is a marathon.

Going to do my stretching soon here. Wanted to run but my ankle is still bugging me from a few weeks ago. Really slacking on the running. I need to find another 5k and pay for it so I have more motivation to go running.
