girth

Can some one please show me aling of girth exersises?

Bro... they are everywhere... Just do a lil searching around the forums... If your new to this jelqing would be a good exercise to start with... Also might want to check out DLD's newbie routine

Clamping do it for girth, although I haven't had the chance to try it out, because I couldn't find any clamps yet in any local store. And yes, try to search first before starting a one-sentence thread. I mean if everybody started a completely new thread for one question, the database would be overloaded within a month. Didn't want to sound harsh though, I suggest you look up the threads of RedZulu. This guy is gold when it comes to girth.
