Just gave this a shot today and got really great expansion throughout my workout
Start w/ 10 minute clamped @ 5 mintues start edging
Remove clamp @ 10 minute mark and begin dry jelq or, as i did use the Power Jelq for another 10 minutes keeping stimulated and moving fresh blood into the entire penis
Get a solid erection going @ the 10 minute mark and then clamp off for a final 10 minutes and have fun with girth work, TCS stretching etc.
I got a great deal of head expansion from this and stayed engorged for a great deal of time afterwards.
