For jelqing, just go with whatever erection level you are on. Focus your attention on jelqing correctly. Your erection levels will fluctuate during a jelqing session that lasts over 15 minutes. Adjust your grip strength to the erection level (more erect, less strength in the grip and vice versa). Feel the jelqing motion, but don't look at yourself. If you concentrate on your technique it becomes more like a lifting workout and less like you are beating off. Use plenty of lube to help offset too much friction, and keep your unit lubricated throughout. Make sure you are really working that thing. As your session goes on your unit should start to get tired, if not, maybe you aren't working hard enough (no pun intended!!).
