Fowfer is the stretch when you stretch your penis behind your butt and sit on it if im not mistaken. I usually have a hard time making my ligs sore with regular stretching so Ive tried this the past couple days and it does the job real well.
Is this an effective method? I was wondering because I haven't seen anyone talk about it ever.
 
That's because folk around here refer to it as a "Lazy Ass Stretch".

It definately is effective, although If I remember correctly, it does more for flaccid length than erect. Could be wrong though, seeing as it's Ligs all the same.
 
I don't know whether I am doing it wrong or not but after I have done "Lazy Ass Stretch" or "Fowfer" or whatever it is called, mine get turtle a lot. I don't know whether it will help me in flaccid gain or not. And after a while, I feel like I was sitting on the skin ..

I did that for about 20 minutes on one side and after that I have to take a rest. I can't do to the other side because i can't stretch mine anymore. ?:( Did I do something wrong ? Or is it supposed to be like that ?
