Ok, this is my first post. I just started my workouts about 2 weeks ago using DLD's first routine. Well I've been looking around and reading up a lot to make sure I'm doing things right, and it has been going well. Well I got more curious, and because I am going for girth I looked up different exorcises to use in my routine. I decided to try the horse squeeze between jelqing (jelq 150 horse squeeze 30sec then jelq 150). Today was the 4th time I did it, and I had to stop. It didn't hurt or anything , just looking at my penis after scared me. Too many of those little red dots were there, and they were kind of big.... I know this is supposed to happen, but the first few times they were tiny and I was ok with it, but this time it was like someone took a marker and dotted it a bunch times. What should I do? Is this normal? How long should I wait before working out again?

Don't do the squeeze for a day or two and try doing 20 seconds instead of 30 seconds once you start back up :)
 
You may be taking on too much too soon. I suggest sticking with the newbie routine for the first 8 weeks before introducing more intense exercises. I set up the MOS Phased workouts in 5 steps to ensure you do not over do it.
 
Thanks for the reply guys. I'll take off of it for the 8 weeks then. That scared me to death, but it looks a bit better now. What about something like the Bathmate would that be too soon?
 
I had blood come out my peepee hole but i stopped for about 3 days n then started stretching slightly, gradually adding a little more strength to the pull, and a few days later, i was back to normal. Shit happens man, don't get too scared nor discouraged, it won't fall off.
 
It has happened to me and many others. Three weeks is fine you can get back to work as usual.
 
I've had those a few times, most commonly from jelqing and due to another exercise I tried
