So the fat pad. I have 6.3 bpel when I pull my fingers in
But if not its 5.9
Is there a way to decrease the fat pad? What excercise a?

Simply working out, proper diet and staying healthy. You can build your abs and leg muscles to make the skin thinner since it has to spread out over more area but spot reduction is mainly a myth. Abs are usually last to lose fat, human genetics really, just like females hold the most at thighs and hips. Simply working out will make a difference, do some HIIT training do get done quick.

The Alpha Body Jelq helped me isolate and make progress in breaking down the fat pad plus bringing an amazing amount of blood flow to the penis.

It is amazing when a few things are adjusted in diet how big of an impact it has. Just in giving up the way I took my coffee I lost weight! I used to get cream and sugar and drink 4-5 a day not knowing that each one was more than 400 calories! So in coffee alone I was taking in 1600 calories. Add that to all the other junk I was eating it is no illusion why I was so overweight. I do not think sugar or any other food should be eliminated or there will be the rebellious backlash that happens when we deprive ourselves of something we love. I allow myself to have 2 lollipops a day to get that sugar craving under control. The rest of my diet is lean proteins, complex carbs and healthy fats, in this alone I dropped 35 pounds. I am close to my ideal weight and I have not even started exercising yet!

Damn, damn, damn lol. Do gotta have it haha. Something as simple as a lollipop will benefit greatly. That way your not raiding the snack cabinet before bed.

Yup. Last night though I kind of messed up my diet and ended up eating a block of cheese and a box of wheat crackers, this equalled over 2000 calories. In addition that morning I had a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and an egg mcmuffin :) Tasted great but pushed the calories to 3000. This was a big cheat day. Diet back on tack today.

We have those days. It's the days we get back on track that shows our motivation.

Yeah, I have to be diligent with what I keep in the house to eat. I weighed in this morning at 185 pounds, which means I have gained about 2 pounds. I am coming to a place where exercise may be necessary to lose that extra 10 pounds. But today I am back on the diet and those couple pounds will be gone quickly.

DLD, you need to lift bro. Sounds like for the most part you have your diet in check, but after awhile of that you will plateau. Your metabolism comes from the amount of lean muscle in your body. About 4-5 years ago I was 230 lbs, nearly 36% body fat. Just the most horrible I've ever been. I did straight cardio for 3 months and I lost 55 lbs, but I was struggling to keep it off (I was skinny fat). This is when I decided to say screw it and build muscle mass. Today I'm nearly 200 lbs, but I look much leaner. I look fantastic naked! But most importantly, I can eat more without having those huge fluctuations in weight cause my metabolism is much higher.

You are very right and I know this, I am just waiting for the inspiration to hit. I am so close to where I could go to a gym but now there completely. I suppose I could do this at home but that does not help me with my social issues. The plan is to hit 180 and get up the courage to get to a gym. I used to be a very muscular guy when I owned the Gym in the past. I know muscle memory is pretty quick so I am getting excited about this. I am pondering if I should show my progress pictures yet, they are pretty impressive but I could look even better. Should I post what I have so far?

Whatever you feel comfortable with. I feel just like you; like I could always look better so I never take the snapshot. Nothings better motivation than seeing where you came from, then looking at where you are today. That's for sure!

Proud of you DLD! I am also trying to cut down. At the beginning of the summer I was 165, but Over the summer I broke my ankle and was in a slump. Ate a lot of junk food, didn't do much and had no motivation. When I got my cast off I weighed in at 190 which was so bad for me. I started lifting at about October and it's probably the best thing I ever started doing. I am now 170 and slimming down. I have noticed that I have also put on some muscle mass too. I don't really have a diet, but I am making sure to get enough carbs and proteins so that I can build muscle. It's all up to you on the pictures brother, in my opinion I would love to see your progress! Keep it up!

What you have to remember with sugar is that it's a lot of calories for very little volume. There is no other reason sugar makes you fat other than the fact you can eat a lot of it without being full. The insulin response can be avoided being eating enough fiber and fat with foods. The GI of foods is tested on a fasted individual, so once other food is added you tend to see it become irrelevant. A classic diabetes diet is all carbs and no fiber. My sister being a prime example. Eat around 10-15g of fiber per 1000calories you eat. If anyone else want's advice on the gym and nutrition feel free to hit me up, this is my forte.
