Exercises for gaining mostly width?

Girth is king. I think most of us who are into mostly vaginal sex will agree with that. Length can be impressive too but, girth spreads it open. As I have already pointed out in another thread, having a nice girth that is WIDE is better in my opinion anyway, than having the same girth that is not as wide.

So, how about we share some ideas on how to train for width? I am making sure that I put most of the pressure on the sides rather than on the top and bottom when I do my girth work. I also do bends. Any other ideas?

I believe that this is exactly WRONG when you work for width!
Puting pressure on the sides will make extend the tunica to the top and bottom and putting pressure on top and bottom will expand to the sides!

How about a steam roller? If that's too extreme, try a rolling pin. I don't know about width exercises, but these sound promising. :blahblah:

Width is simple exercise to do...but it takes along time to gain width.

I am 2.2 inches across now mid-shaft erect.
I did the Presser which is my own exercise....really just like Compression Squeezes except you use your fingers and hand to make the pressure and flatten it out with.

Also look up here an exercise called the ATS Rollers...which IMHO are the best exercise for width...thats including any other mumbo jumbo exercise out their.

The ATS rollors were made by a guy aftertheshock < good freind of myn and MOD here.
They may be here somewhere..if not than someone goto Pride Penis and the exercise sticky post [I made] in the Genral section at the top and look thru it and copy and paste it here.

To work width pressure must be put onto the top going downwards.

I know of 4 exercises in all for width

#1 Pan Squeezes [Pan made them]
#2 Compression Squeezes [DLD made them]
# The Pressor [RedZulu2003 made them]
# ATS Rollors [AfterTheShock made them]

I've decided on the "Pan Squeezes" for now. We'll see how I like those.
 
Do you guys think that the PJ device can help to give more width?

Is great ( I have one ) But honestly nothing beats hand jelqing in my opinion. not that that will get you much rofl

Would it be overkill to do these pan squeezes while wearing a "Uli Thing"?

Ulies (using a multiclamp) are pretty much all I do besides stretching ....I think it's time for some variety, no?

Nope, just work with less pressure compared to the regular uli and release after 15min. latest.
Anyway you clamp off at the base while doing the pan's.
