I took a little break and decided to reduce pumping time. It's basically DLD's Newbie Bathmate Routine with a little variations.

Warm Up
Manual Stretches
Bathmate Stretches with Warm Water
150 Straight Jelqs
5 Minutes Bathmate with Cold Water
150 V-Jelqs
5 Minutes Bathmate Warm Water
RECOVERY COOL DOWN: 5 Minutes Bathmate Cold Water
Kegal Routine with Manual Pump Attached
30 min Cock Ring

sounds good ^^. similar to what I do but Im doing SSJ's and clamp. fells good

This looks like a great way to start! I can see you have done some research already. Love the variation of the jelqing between regular jelqs and V-Jelqs, bringing another facet in the super-set mindset. Could you explain which stretches you are using?

I'm doing the exact one's from your Bathmate newbie routine!!! It's basically just a program for those who are finished after the newbie routine for Bathmate
