Guys im starting the newb routine now,i was wondering im doing some edging after the plan,should i do it after the warm down,or can i go directly?,is there some strain related issue to it?,and also,these first days i kegel after i feel the semen build up and the orgasm starts to happen,i don't cum,but some semen comes out,is that okay or should i stop A little sooner?,thanks
