This exercise got so many benefits such as no need to use lubricant,it really proves erection quality and of course it gives an amazing expansion.
if I have time after I finish the Slow Squash Jelq's, I like to do 15 minutes jelqing because it helps blood flow which helps with healing.

another thing I have noticed in practicing Penis Enlargement is that just as in bodybuilding eating enough calories will help you heal faster the same happens in Penis Enlargement(important to eat those calories from good sources).

Yes, that's right- food (calories) is energy and that's what your body needs to replenish itself. Especially protein which is the main nutrient responding for tissue and cell repair. Fat is more of a hormone enhancing nutrient and carbs are just energy and glucose in the muscles, liver (or stored as body fat).


Please do give more detail on your Slow Squash Jelq workout- I need to see what I do wrong (if there is something I do wrong and expect too much from the exercise). All the best, Zam :)

The Slow Squash Jelq is the best Girth Exercise for a very simple reason, it creates dual compression and active movement to manipulate and take advantage of the extreme prsure contained within the area being squashed. When you consider the squashing intensity against the dual compression there is nothing but expansion there!
 
just as DLD said you create pressure on both sides of your penis. its the same as doing the double clamp exercise only you are using your hand.
DLD wrote an article about this exercise you should really read it.

I use a cock ring when I am doing them. Seems to help a ton. You can actually target your focus on expanding one of the chambers specifically with the SSJs.
I am curious how you are doing them as they are truly one of, if not the best manual girth exercise out there in my opinion. Can you describe what you are doing? See if we can troubleshoot it?

It never ocurred to me that eating enough protein will promote healing in PE. What I noticed about doing Slow Squash Jelq is that, I get far better control and expansion when I do the Slow Squash Jelq while standing compared to when I do it sitting down on a chair.
 
Lucky thing is that, I've always consumed a mixture of carbs and protein. But I'm working on eating more protein. I've been very occupied with varies life issues. It feels good to finally be back and active on the forum. The good thing is that, I didn't abandon my routine.

Yeh life gets in the way sometimes. I have like 3 weeks (of 4 weeks) now where my intensity will slow down due to work. But I don't believe I will lose anything from it. I will start to wake up early to get in my routines. But 4-5 hours of sleep is not really enough.

I get around 180-200 grams of protein in my body everyday. A lot of eggs as they have a complete amino acid profile. Also take a protein shake in my pre-workout meal and my post-workout meal.

Only plant food that has a complete amino acid profile is hemp seeds or hemp protein powder, if you will. Used to buy it when I was a vegan for a short period of time. But damn it was expensive.

Never going back to being vegan as I got a bit fat from all the carbs. Still eat a lot of carbs but not as much as when I was vegan. Even drank soy chocolate milk, never again as it contains soy Isoflavones which can cause estrogenic activity.

My opinion is that every man needs to be on a good quality grass-fed protein powder. The benefits are extraordinary.
