If a customer want's his money back, the refund should be sent out as soon as the product has been returned. Failing to do so would constitute fraud and make MOS the douche bag.

Maybe it's because he doesn't need the original DVD since he has made backups. Not even the new Sony Arccos encryption is secure...surely someone has thought of this.
