Hi i bought your dvd a couple of months ago and after months of following your phase routine relentlessly not only after purchasing your dvd but months before following your online forum which i think offer great support to its members, i have gained nothing other than some discoulorization, i bought you dvd after alot of other considerations such as paying some bills on time due to my un assuredness that i was doing the routine correctely but when i received the dvd i was somewhat dissapointed to find although you have the phase routine information booklet, you don't have all the excersises included int the dvd, so feeling it's not worth the pain and time and the fact that i', not seeing any gains what so ever i eould like to take you up on your double money back garrentee iv'e sent this email to your dvd support email address 3 times with no response.Please advise me on the procedure.Thanks <:(
 
Maybe your English didn't make any sense in the emails or it was too sloppy to bother reading.
 
If the person is black, white, yellow, or can't read and write as well as the next person has no relevance in operating a business, so if my email was sloppy, doesn't mean it's not worth reading as a paying customer, from a business point of view.
 
He wasn't happy with the product, didnt make gains and wants his money back: sounds like a fair claim to me.

Im sure DLD will either help you out on a one on one basis if you want, or he will give you what he guarantees with the refund. Just give him some time to get to reply to the post. In other words, your not going to get scumbagged.
 
he lost all his PM's. Send it again...keep in mind it prolly takes a couple days to get through all those PM's he receives.

Yea I mean golly this stuff takes some effort, just like anything else worth a damn in life but most people these days dont appreciate the whole working for the rewards thing...it's all about the 'gimme gimme now'.

This is a discussion forum that specializes in Penis EnlargementNIS ENLARGEMENT. When someone creates a thread stating that they want a refund it is going to create some discussion. I believe LIGHTNING has already given you instructions for getting your refund.

I think you're a douchebag. You come on here and say you want a refund because YOU AREN'T USING THE PROGRAM!?!?!? That's no reason for a refund, IMO.
 
Yeah thanks mate but if you read earlier i have given the program a substantial amount of time and effort and it hasn't worked for me.

lol you know, I see where both of you are coming from...Penis Enlargement is not easy. Some people can probably gain pretty easy (atleast at first) while others need to put in a huge amount of effort to see even modest gains. But if you aren't willing to dedicate a small portion of your life to this stuff, you won't see anything. I think if you can set aside two hours a day (or two 1-hour periods would be even better) to allow for warming-up, cooling-down, and the actual workout, you should see progress. I know this has nothing to do with the refund (I apologize), but it's my two cents.
