So I'm a scientist by nature which leads me to certain level of skepticism. On the other side of that coin, I've seen some very interesting things happen that dont seem plausible with a modern scientific understanding. While modern science adapts to determine the cause of such an effect, to me this is where Penis Enlargement stands right now.

I am going to start with the phase one exercises soon and will keep as detailed notes as I am able too. This is the purpose of this post though, before I start I want to find the most consistent and acceptable way to measure gains as possible. For example, one of my main concerns is that "bone pressed" measurements will vary based on level of comfort that a person has in pressing a hard ruler into their pelvic bones. Do you guys think that non-bone pressed measurements are more or less valid? I would like to minimize the variablity in my own measurements, at the least, to monitor the growth that I may experience.

Also, has anyone experienced any initial side effects such as: the ability to obtain an erection, maintain an erection, strenght of erection, or recovery between erection time. I have become very comfortable with my present size and capabilities so I know what my general stats are in these areas. I would like to know whether or not these issues have occured with people using these techniques.

hi, jelqing as well as stretching will improve your erections, not to mention kegels. by improve i mean ability to obtain nd keep an erection.

a bone pressed measure varies less because it doesnt take into account the amount of fat you have, if you can imagine in 6 months time if youve gained an inch in length, but also on your midsection, it will appear on a non pressed measurement that you have gained nothing, but your bone pressed will have gained an inch!
 
I found erections more difficult to achieve and my penis now leans to one side. I have also suffered quite a few injuries, but what was i meant to do sit around and do nothing about my small penis- i had to try everything before i gave up.

Science being in the same category of mathematics, quantum mechanics, physics, etc. relies on proof to establish fact. Unfortunately many beliefs science has believed to be fact have been overturned. Things that were purely metaphysical are now being seen as possible physical realities. Examples are many but I will use one that I find exhilarating. We have believed, as a modern scientific world, that being in 2 places at once is impossible but recently science has discovered that an electron can do just that. I could go into string theory, alternate universes, 11 dimensions, etc. but my point is very simple, nothing is ever 100% real. As seen in my signature, I only believe what I understand, I only understand what I can create. This signature shows the most skepticism possible and I live in a world that 99% of science would say is metaphysical.

Penis enlargement may sound extraordinary but as a scientific person see the basics and simplicity of the mechanics at work here. Medical science has been stretching skin, tissue and even bone for years with evidentiary proof. The difference here is it is a penis. Sexuality has skewed the way anyone sees even the most basic of change. The penis is skin and tissue, if you pull it, it will elongate. If you fill a penis with blood beyond it's normal capacity it will have to thicken to accommodate this influx of blood.

Proof with this is a little harder to come by because it is sexual. To be frank, it is embarrassing for most men to show their penis to another man, not to mention the whole world (as in the forum). But there are many individuals, myself included, who have brought proof forward and this will have to be your proof until you find out for yourself.

There are definitely good and bad side effects with penis enlargement just as there are in any body altering process (i.e.: medication, surgery, body building, etc.) I have worked with thousands of men who have successfully did penis enlargement with no adverse effects or injuries. In regards to erection problems, you are more likely to increase the strength of your erections than anything else.

Give it a shot and see for yourself.

Ok, then measure BPenis EnlargementL, NBPenis EnlargementL, BPFSL, NBPFSL, BPFL, NBPFL, EG (glands, midshaft, base or even more intermediate points if you want) FG (again, everywhere), take several starting pictures right now from various angles, including various ruler and tape measure shots, and keep a detailed daily log of everything you do and measure once a week.

Don't measure more than that becouse it can be discouraging, as many times a week is too little to notice any changes.

If you want to study about injuries, check in the injuries forum. Just don't get too scared about it, read some of the success stories and routines too.

You should also write down your personal impressions and whatever note you can about what you are feeling, how your erections strenght is behaving etc.

Finally, I can tell you that studying almost everything doesn't mean you will be working out and gaining like crazy. Trust me I know. What you really need is not a scientific aproach, but to REALLY get somewhat obsessed about growing your dick (I mean this in a good way). Guys like that are the real great gainers and you can learn more about that than from all your studies and experiments.

My main concern is charting progress, and logging routines, particularly at the beginning. DLD is there anything in the package that I can use to do this on my computer, or would I have to create my own spreadsheet?

Chi - Thanks for the measurement and picture advice. This is exactly what I was looking for. It will be nice to have these as a reference for myself.

I thought you might be interested. There are many more of course, if I were you I'd study while you are on the newbie routine (do it at least a month even if you want to start modifying it right away, it's there for many reasons).

Learn to use the search function too, you don't need to wait for most of the questions you might have in the beginning.

By the way I'm in the science field (in real life) too. PM me if you have any particular question.

Ah and there is a chart in the paysite, but in your case I'd make my own.
