Also I think that you are sticking our your belly in the pictures. Many people will look bloated if they do that.

No, I was not sticking out my stomach, I would not do something so deceptive! And if that is what you got from this thread you really missed the boat. But I guess you must do these deceptive things since you accuse? "We see our own faults in other people"

Very true. It's akin to striving to make the most of the talent God gave you but absolutely do not waste it.

Exactly! I am working with someone now who fear that PE offends God. If PE offends our good Lord than any self improvement would be offensive to Him. We were given what we have and we should do the best with it we can.

It is true I run around with a bloated belly at times and people don't miss their chance to remind me of that. In fact they are much more prone to remind me of my body fat than to compliment me for my muscles for instance.

Since there is too much sympathy for the master I would not accuse him. I wanted to make a point: That the previous state is also allright. To remind about this makes sense because there might come a time where we fall back to previous states. Then it would be helpful to know that it is also okay. Because my experience is that acceptance creates the space for change.

What kind of food did you eat to achieve this? Anything in particular that you avoided? I recently lost 20 pounds myself after being injured and out of work for several months.

I need no sympathy so please accuse me! Please!

If I told you you would not believe me. I will post it later so I can make sure I did not miss anything. It was a very ghetto way to lose weight but it worked.

No, I need to excuse me at this point because I have the feeling that I expressed myself in the wrong way. Also this is not my mother tongue. But i don't want to blame it on this only. Sometimes I say stupid things that I am not aware of. The weight loss is impressive. I couldn't do this myself so I don't even try. Actually I tried a couple of times but I soon found out about the pitfalls. In order to be successful I have to be way more mature.

Oh, I understand now, you do not speak English well, that is a good excuse. Sorry if I took your comment wrong.

Dld Could post one before and after penis?

I no longer post nude pictures, I have not done that in years.

DLD how tall are you? I seem to remember you saying you were around 6' or something and used to be very skinny when you were young.

It looks like everything goes right to your belly and chest when you gain weight instead of spreading everywhere which makes the extra weight look worse. You get the big belly but still have a little butt and thin legs.

It's weird how weight goes on everyone differently. I'm 5'6" and I seem to look my best at about 160lbs. At that same weight someone 6' tall would look skinny and someone 5' tall would be fat (unless they were really stocky and muscular).

Congrats on the weight loss. One thing I tell my wife is to not concentrate on the weight but on how you look and feel when you start getting closer to your goal. Someone may start out saying "I want to be 150lbs" but when they hit 165-170 find out they're really happy.

I'd increase the pushups and situps/crunches if you can, add in some pullups, and bump up the distance or do bike riding. Again all of that is if you able.

Keep at it until YOU are happy cause that's what matters!

That's some serious dedication and discipline...congrats! I found after passing 50, it's so much harder to drop the 'winter coat' and that extra pound or two per year start to really add-up. Keep up the hard work, bro...you look great!

I'm a few days from 40 [and a major meltdown over the outcome of my life so far which may be catastrophic and hazardous to those around me] and I'm seeing a little bit of that.

When my dad was in his mid 30s he started telling me the "joys" of getting older that I had to look forward to. When he was in his mid 40s I heard the things I had to "look forward to." When I hit 35 he was 56 and he began going into the "when you hit your 50s..."

"Please dad, for the love of God, please just shut the fuck up! Except for the baldness and hairs growing in places I didn't know I had I'm experiencing all the shit you told me I would at 35. I DON'T WANT TO KNOW!" We had a good laugh over that.

It was the second time in my life I told my dad to shut up and probably the last. The other time was actually serious though and I was a teenager. It pulled him out of a really nasty slump and got his head back where it needed to be for himself and for us.

I love ya Big Schlong but don't you start bringing up the "when you get into your 50s" crap lol.

Intermittant fasting is THE way to go if one wants to lose fat. Vitamins, minerals and omega-3's are also very important. Additionally, when we get older out testosterone-estrogen balance gets distorted, so supplements like grape seed extract are great to combat body fat, fatigue and loss of muscle mass.

Thanks my Brothers for the encouragement and the support. I am 5' 9" and Clad I do carry much of my weight from the waist up so in order to look balanced I need to be at the weight I am or less. If I lose too much weight my face starts to sink and look unhealthy. Big Schwanz Acht you are correct serious dedication. Juhox and 1"@atime it took e about 12 months. I have fasted for the past 10 years now so fasting was not really a part of this as may body has adjusted to the fasting. I basically ate Beef Jerkey and a ton of water, 30 pushups and 30 sit-ups a day and like maybe 1/2 mile of walking. I wish there was more to tell you but that is simply the truth.

If you build your legs up some more it will give body fat an extra area to stick to and spread it out. That is in no way backed by medical science, I've just heard people say that before.

Add in ALL NATURAL Peanut Butter. You usually have to stir it cause it'll separate. It must be the all natural type. You can eat a few tablespoons as a snack a few times a day. Lots of good fat and protein for you.

Thanks for that advice my Brother. I am going to start doing some leg and butt work, squats and lunges with some weight. I will stay the weight I am and will probably gain some positive weight. Well, off to do more work on this sexy body! :)

You encourage so many of us, it's our turn to do it for you!

When I was active in the gym and started eating all natural peanut butter it ruined me for processed peanut butter forever. I still love reeses peanut butter cups and things similar to that but I can not use processed peanut butter on a sandwich now. I tried a number of them, including the "no stir" ones, and my personal favorite became a local store's brand that usually had 1/2" of oil on top when I bought it. My tip is to drain the oil into another container, don't throw it out, and add oil as necessary to your liking.

Some body builders will do diets consisting of nothing but vitamin pills, a few protein shakes, and many TBSP of ANPB. They'll do that when cutting fat.

Personally I hate running but I love bicycle riding. It's still great leg work and cardio plus you get there faster ;)
