Hi everyone, I want to know if penis loses size with age or this is just a myth. Do you have the same penis size as when you were in your twenties or it has been reduced?

doesn't look too promising in the long run however at some point acceptance of our fate will be the only healthy option. Personally I'm not ready to give up yet, at 47 I still consider myself on the younger side of getting older. I try to lift weights or run every day for overall health and for the health of my penis and size of my penis I'm using an extender as many hours as possible in a day (usually 4+) followed up with a low intensity 10 to 15 minute Bathmate session. I'm having better EQ and have made about 1/2 to 3/4 inch gain in length and girth over the past 6 months.
 
Age will eventually bring disfunction to all organs but this can be greatly held back through healthy living and a penis enlargement routine, that focuses heavily on Pelvic Floor Muscle Strength through the use of Kegels and jelqing will keep you in tip top shape, gaining and holding gains well into your Senior years. But, like any other part of the body, if it goes unused, atrophy will eventually set in and disfunction will ensue.

I often use my extender on a low tension setting and pull as if doing Kegels which compresses the springs and gives me what feels like a great workout down there. I'm not sure what muscles this might be working but I am noticing significant strength gains in the area as I have been able to constantly increasing the tension on the extender while still being able to pull and compress the springs, hope this makes sense.
 
Sometimes the penis falls like a wound soldier unable to penetrate enemy ground, you must command him, get up soldier, and do some push ups, and you must make him run 5 miles a day, so jelqs with duration.

Yup and that goes into the Senior years too...when I am 90 I will be practicing pe to be sure I am in the best health. I will never stop using something that brings so much happiness.

Kegels and jelqing might be a good source of maintenance for a healthy penis.
