okay so im a bodybuilder. (not a pro tho)
and ive been eating lots of calories, to gain muscle.
Now im cutting down on the calories, to mantain muscle. Im gona be on a calorie deflict, and im not gona be able to grow any more muscle temporarily. Instead im gona shed the fat off. and eat clean + healthy foods.

Im just wondering, with PS. is it the same thing? More cals = more gain. less cals = not as much?
because ur penis, at the end of the day, is a muscle , yes?
or u can try to lose fat(less cals), and still make gud gains on the penis?

The penis is not a muslce, it is tissue.

Also, I don't have an exact answer for your question but I would get healthier foods would be better for it, also fast food and lots of cholestarol would probably block more arteries and impede with blood flow, I'm not sure though, I hope somebody has an answer because I would like to know aswell

both bulking diets and fat shedding (not starvation diets) are great for the penis and wont hinder gains.

In many ways diet helps in pe. A healthy diet and exercise improves blood flow which in turn facilitates girth work. In addition erection quality improves.

It goes without saying, a healthy diet helps with any kind of growth.

Avoid junk food, avoid smoking. Look for things that can improve your blood flow. And I'm sure some vitamins and omega 3 would be nice.

However I don't think calories have anything to do with it, if anything, gaining weight will only make the flesh on your pubic bones thicker, and thus you'll have a small non-bone pressed length, so the skinnier the better.
