with the price of molds it would cost way more than $2500 just to get them made. There is no way I am paying that kind of money for a pump. I did have a guy who wanted a bigger PowerAssist that I agreed to make and it cost him $1000 to have 2 made, so it can be expensive to make a one off.

WHAT??? 1- a 2500$ pump??!!? DAMN!!!!!!!! I can only imagine a pump worth 2500$ would have to give you 3 inches of expansion (of which 0.5 permanent) per use. This is the only occasion I would pay so much money for a pump!

The biggest cost on any device is crating the molds or template to produce it. Molds can cost anywhere from $1000 to $10,000+ on unique over sized parts. With the PowerAssist the creator needed to remake a whole new template and change all milling to create the 2 pieces the guy wanted. I did this pretty much at cost and it still costed $1000+
