DLD SiliStretcher Reverse Pyramid Sets...Mind Blowing Routine!

I’ll set my brother I had it already to go so I hope you’re able to put is into action. Remember that the numbers I’m using are arbitrary and to be replaced by any number you choose. timing is also arbitrary so you can decrease the time if necessary. As it is written it is a four hour routine.

 
I think that I'm going to give the reverse pyramid sets a try starting next week when I receive my sleeves kit.
I'll probably stay in the 4-8 lbs range with 1.5 lbs steps.

How would suggest adapting the routine if I have more than 2 hours for hanging?

I was thinking to go in the other direction once you reach the top. That is remove some weight every 30 minutes until I reach back the initial weight.

Does that sound like a good strategy?

Its exactly how I have written my workout out :)
 
I also dont think anybody invented this, its a training principle from weightlifting routines applied to penis enlargement. I guess we're all on the same lines of thinking here, and I have in my notes (not online yet) with a very similar way of training, but I named it progressive pyramid fatigue, and my routine KOKOs.

Actually I invented the exercise 16 years ago as far as pyramid hanging went and then I came up with reverse pyramid hanging over the last year. It’s the combination of these two routines that make it so powerful.

 
Dld do you still us the LM . I us mine every day I don't have the silistretcher yet but I usually hang with the LM or hanger I can hang for 1 hr at a time with these. But my max is only 12 lbs right know

This principle relates to any type of length work. So if your maximum weight is 12 pounds for one hour these sets would need to be three 20 minute sets. You would start at 5 pounds go to 7 pounds and then go to 12 pounds or in a similar sequence. After you’re done training I think it’s important to have an ADS involved to keep you Elongated while you heal.

Dld is 2 hrs a day of pe good to make gains I thank I have hit my Plato. Last month I measured and I was the same as the month before please help. But I have gained 3" from my starting point

I thought you only had an hour?

Two hours is plenty of time especially with the equipment you have. What exactly are you doing for work out specifically? Let me know so I can look over it and see if I can help you tighten it up a bit.

Ok thanks I have been doing this routine for a month but I have modified it a little with the internal routine with the LM.
 
It's the same routine as the total LM routine I just added the internal/ expressive stretching with it on a separate day
