I don’t know how you did that but wow that’s very cool! I think I have another list, but let me check to find out for sure.
 
I think you can also go to www.mattersofsize.com/access and go to the audiovisual page and there should be a link there for bundled stretches that will include an illustration and a video.

If you can hold it for that long, but usually many cannot, so, break it up into something like 30 second holds.
Total time, would be 5 mins for this little workout.

No, I mean that you should twist to the right and stretch for 2 1/2 minutes and twisted left and stretch for 2 1/2 minutes. Using this method the Tunica gains will be even across-the-board so it’s important to switch direction of the twist.

Many don’t know this about me but I have a very bad case of dyslexia. It’s just hard for me to see things in the right way. However, this does benefit me in many ways too. Many exercises I have come up with have been at the expense of my dyslexia. This new routine is no different.

It’s a new theory I have been thinking about and it dawned on me 2 days ago when a thread was bumped. I was thinking about a routine I created years ago called Pyramid Hanging where weight is progressively decreased over time as fatigue sets in. It never really took off. I wondered what would happen if did this backwards or in reverse???

It made better sense when I started to see how increases in weight over time, fatigue could be used in the best way. In the same understanding that DLD Blasters utilize fatigue to give a stretch without interference from the Pelvic Floor Muscles, this methodology is very similar.

Using this new understanding I created Reverse Pyramid SiliStretcher Hanging. I created this as I learned how to hang with the SiliStretcher. ?❤ I LOVE THIS THING! ?

Since the SiliStretcher is not geared to go beyond 20 pounds this is where I want my last set to be. At such a heavy weight it may be necessary to make some adjustments. I put the SiliSleeve on my penis first and then attach the SiliSleeve to the SiliStretcher. Do not go crazy with the piston, you want about 10 Hg, maybe a turn and a bit more.

As with all routines start with 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches to prestretch the Tunica.

Beginers User Three 30 Minute Sets
Set one: 1 1/2 pounds
Set two: 3 pounds
Set three: 5 pounds

Advanced User Four 30 Minute Sets
Set one: 5 pounds
Set two: 10 pounds
Set three: 15 pounds
Set four: 20 pound

By the time you hit full fatigue (around the 10 pound mark) sets become heavier taking full advantage of the increased fatigue by increasing weight. By the time you hit the last set your ligs will be screaming!

This same theory of increasing weight to take advantage of fatigue can be used in any weight exercise situation.

After you are finished put your SiliStretcher back on and where in a moderate to light setting for the remainder of the day.

I do pre bundled tunica stretching with the lengthmaster and I use the angles outlined in the newbie routine: straight down, to the left, to the right, straight up and straight out.

I rotate my shaft 360 degrees or a bit more, as much as I can stand and then I grip my lengthmaster with both hands and push/pull in the direction angle I want. You can generate so much force with both your hands it’s unbelieveable.

You have to push your limits but not causing any sharp pain in your shaft.

So basically I hold the bundled stretch in every angle and I hold the stretch for one minute, after that I rotate my shaft anti clockwise and hold the bundled stretch still in the same angle for another minute.

You when you’ve got 5 angles to do, that will be 10 minutes of effective net time bundled tunica stretching and that is in my opinion the minimal amount of time to do some pre stretchinf before length or girth work.

I understand that nobody got time to stretch all day long, so when you’re out of time, just cut stretching time in half and you have 5-6 minutes of very effective tunica stretching.

It’s fucking incredible man! It has a highly addictive component. I cannot stop hanging . Every fibre and cell in my body knows what’s up when I strap on my SiliStretcher and start those sets. I am doing the reverse pyramid sets hanging straight out and straight upwards.

Currently I am hanging all hours available in my daytime schedule. I sit at home currently, I got sick and dropped out from university. So I have all the time to hang. I got back to my dorm room, no parents around anymore.
 
Guys, for length work get a SiliStretcher as soon as possible and start doing the reverse pyramid sets. For me length is a real pain in the ass. This routine blows my mind and is VERY intense. I get in 5-6 hours of hanging every day.
on weekends I try to hang the whole fucking day.

The reason i’m single or don’t have a girlfriend is this very ultimate length routine. Hell, I think I might be too fatigued to have sex after i’m done hanging, or at least you have to be on Nofap or something for sexual energy and easy erections. Or just take cialis/viagra.

I don’t want anyone to interrupt me while i’m busy. I’m completely obsessed and addicted to this new routine. I’ll see y’all later at 8-8.5” erect length.

I think that I'm going to give the reverse pyramid sets a try starting next week when I receive my sleeves kit.
I'll probably stay in the 4-8 lbs range with 1.5 lbs steps.

How would suggest adapting the routine if I have more than 2 hours for hanging?

I was thinking to go in the other direction once you reach the top. That is remove some weight every 30 minutes until I reach back the initial weight.

Does that sound like a good strategy?
 
I have never thought of it that way but I think it’s worth a try. Before I invented reverse pyramid hanging I invented pyramid hanging which is the exact opposite I have never thought of it that way but I think it’s worth a try. I found that reverse pyramid hanging is much more productive than pyramid hanging as it uses the more modern knowledge that fatigue and increased weight brings Lankes at a greater speed than any other way. I found that reverse pyramid hanging is much more productive than pyramid hanging as it uses the more modern knowledge that fatigue and increased weight brings gains at a greater speed than any other way. But please try this in the way you describe and let me know how it goes I’m very curious.

I do this as well when I reach maximum weight.
It’s truly riding the fatigue, you can go longer hours and riding that tunica burning fatigue while lowering your weights.

With this method one can stay at lower weights hanging unlimited. I am convinced that if you hang 3-4 hours per day using this method, you will gain length quick.

I do the reverse pyramid hanging sets and at maximum weight I taper off because the fatigue becomes unbearable, the method is so good that you have to lower weights at some point, that is a really good indication that you’re doing things the right way.

Hold that fatigue for as many hours as possible, when you feel the tunica burning, that’s where growth and plastic deformation is happening.

Now if you keep at it daily for one year, at a good angle, you will grow by one ich in erect length at least.

At least an inch! If I had access to this when I was new I would’ve been over at 2 inches even faster than I did. I really believe in this type of progression of training is the smartest routine I’ve ever created for length. I also love that it can be used in many different situations, not just hanging.
 
Is it safe to increase weight after fatigue

It depends, if you feel a sharp deep pain suddenly then it isn’t a good idea.

When you have fatigue you want to ride it for as long as you possibly can in a given day. You can stay at the same weights but as time progresses, your tunica will become more and more fatigued so you actually need less weights to continue and control the fatigue. That is where real length gains are happening.

That’s the whole idea of this type of alien is to increase the weight as fatigue increases so you can ride that fatigue into gains. Once you’ve reached a state of full fatigue where you cannot go on longer this is when you strap on your SiliStretcher at a medium to light resistance for as long as possible. Another way you can accomplish this is by going with reverse pyramids to your heaviest weight and then go into pyramid stretching, which is going from heavy weight to light as the ending to your routine. Again you’ll put on the SiliStretcher for as long as possible after this.

I will make a new thread today that explains this method more clearly. I call this DLD Triangle Pyramid Hanging. Is basically taking the reverse pyramid hanging and pyramid hanging and combining them. As I said I’ll make up a thread today that explains this for you very clearly.

I have been thinking about doing Lm for 1 hr & hanging for 1 hr on lig day what do you think dld that way I can focus on ligs,tunica, internal , on separate days then rinse & repeat. I also do erect stretches every day for eract gains
