What's up all..I'm going to start dld newbie routine Monday. I was wondering do you do all the stretches one after the other until completing 3 sets or are you suppose to do 3 sets of stretches down to the right,left, and straight down.before doing stretches in the upward angle or behind the cheeks..also is gaining an inch realistic for the newbie routine..thanks much help is appreciated.
 
The whole stretching routine can be exhausting,the hands get tired but you can rest after finishing the first session n continue from there,but yeah i think is suggested to finish the whole session. instead of splitting it.

DLD spent six months non stop n he gained two inches but yeah if you checked the whole DLD's NEWBIE ROUTINE is not that simple to follow....i think if you do it everyday you may get interesting results:) Best of luck
