Hey DLD, I've been practicing Penis Enlargement for a year now, I'm long past phase 1 and I've had great gains. I just joined the MoS internet program but before joining, I created a routine that I think is far more advanced than phase 2 but have not been using it enough time and have not reached enough size to go to phase 3. So, my new routine is as follows:

On a 5 days on/2 days off basis:

Kegels through the day, when I remember to do some, moderately.
From 4 to 8 hrs. avg. of extender usage.
200 jelqs using the Jelq Device.
50- 5 second squeezes
10- 20 second "ulis"
50- DLD blasters

I guess this is as I said, far more advanced for phase two. Although I've been using this routine for 2 weeks and I've had AMAZING results without overtraining my penis. (I guess it has been acostumed to the workouts after ONE WHOLE year of training.) So please, I need your help, tell me if I should reduce the reps or time or number of exercises and stick to phase two. I'm really doubting it because after looking at these weeks' results I'm not sure if I should move down, of course I wouldn't move up in a LONG LONG time, only after I reached a certain size or hit a plateau so I can move up to phase 3 and so on. I forgot to mention that I also do testicular massage and "ball jelqs" and wear plastic rings for scrotum enlargement. I've moved from 4 rings to 8 rings so far, its been great! I'm very dedicated to Penis Enlargement and I'm lovin' it!!!
 
No, innovation is wonderful. Your workout looks good and if it is working for you do not change it. How do you like the Jelq Device? I have never used one and never really heard a review on it, like to get your opinion. Congrats on joining the members site, how do you like it thus far?
