You can gain a few inches or very little. it all depends on how hard you work, how consistent you are , and how focused you are at reaching your goal. if you want it bad enuf you can gain , but remember it takes time and dedication too.

Exactly! I was in a verbally abusive relationship with a girl who had some serious issues upstairs. She "loved" me, but treated me like a dog. It was all about what I could do for HER and little else.
