I would like to know if I should masturbate,before doing DLD blasters,because I usually do masturbation stretches after masturbation,but I do not know if I also should do DLD blasters after masturbation,because I remember that the DLD Blasters tire out the PC muscles^^.
Would it have any effect?Should I do reverse kegels after masturbation?DLD,you are the expert^^.You should know that ;)
 
Yes, yes, yes! Basically I recommend you masturbate less often- let's say around 3 times a week or something (depends on you). When you do your routine and have the blasters in, just do them. On non-masturbation days- just tire the PC as much as possible and rock it, on masturbation days- masturbate to tire the PC maximum and further do the PC tiring and during the stretches RK (reverse kegel). This should bring you the best stretch possible. After masturbation doing the reverse kegels with the pre-exhausted PC muscle. This will not only make your PC stronger, but will get you very good gains! My vote is go for it bro!!!!!!!! :) :) :)
 
Very good topic and one that is VERY HOT on my research list. As a matter of fact the past months have been spent in the understandings of masturbation and it's benefits and negativities in not only penis enlargement but many other areas. I wish I can masturbate 3 times a week like you said. It is not easy especially when you are working girth. I have been masturbarinf daily but the good news is that, I've also been consistent with my routine and I'm increasing pressure when pumping to keep the gains coming.
