We're sorry that you've had to pay customs charges on your parcel, however we can't say which parcels customs will choose to add charges to and they wont tell us which parcels they will be adding charges to.
I'm also sorry that the device was sent during your holiday season this is not something we would have done to offend you.
Your shipping would have been upgrade to DHL to try and get the parcel to you quicker I'm sorry this backfired in the end.
