Hi MOS,

Im almost at day 90 of the newbie routine.
Should i take a break or should i continue and get myself a lengthmaster?

If i choose to take a decon-break, for how long should that be? Or should i continue with newbie routine to really exhaust it?

Hmm what should i do? I personally don't like decon-breaks but if its necessary i will do it.

You're lifting at a gym, been at it solid for 90 days and seeing great results....would you suddenly quit everything that's working and get into a yoga class?

LOL. "Deconditioning breaks" are rarely needed and I've yet to see them proven anything but bro science in other words, anecdotal at best. Usually, when a guy thinks he needs to "decondition" he just needs to find a more advanced routine to force new adaptation to a new, more intense type of resistance.

Awesome, i will just continue with my routine and when i'm maxed out manually i'll get myself a lengtmaster.

I don't like decon breaks anyway, so i'm glad i don't have to take breaks.

I'd definitely take still's advice, you are just starting to get conditioned! These breaks are usually taken after about a year or more to try and break plateaus, but as he said, adapting your routine is more effective. Keep on truckin'!

No need to decon. at 90 days, you should be turning up the intensity at 90 days. The LengthMaster is a very smart first step as it takes manual stretching to the next level and allows you to do certain stretches only possible with the LM. My advice is to stick with the Newbie Routine and replace all manual stretching with the LengthMaster. A decon. break usually happens after much time in PE where gains have stopped after the most intense efforts. At this point it is advised.
