I was just under 8" and right at 6" so no really "big" gains to say but I wasn't able to put in a lot of hours at a time. But still slow and steady I did gain. I was pumping prob 1-2x a week average for about 20-30 minutes and I keep the gain for about 3 days at a time which is cool. NOW, I want to keep it at 2x a week but pump for an hour. I am also gonna bring back the "penismaster" (what a dumb name!!!) and use that during my off hours at work (the bonus of your own company). And hit that atleast 4 hours a day. I have also found out that if you keep it just loose enough it is possible to sleep with it on and keep very good circulation. You have to cut back ofcourse on the tension but it is pretty comfortable and a lot of hours can be gained this way. The one problem when having some decent girth is that the PM base ring can get tight.
Ofcourse when the gf is over there are a couple of other places for it to go when sleeping!!!
I am a Phys Therapist, and I do subscribe to the notion of taking breaks as a good thing to give the body time to heal so it doesn't adapt to the conditioning of whatever you do. But I didn't want to get completely out of condition so that's why I kept up a low maintenance program.
