Hey i just started on phase one about a month into it 2 more weeks befor i get into phase 2 but i listened to the audio by dld and he spoke about keeping focused and closing your eyes while you pe to stay mentally into your exercise. has any one had any improvments with this technique and while closing your eyes do you want total silence?

Yes it does work I do it from time to time without even trying to. After some time it will come natrual, its just like stretching your muscles, it gets intense and the best wat to keep on pushing is to close your eyes and focus on what you are doing.

as far as girth? I usually have a ����� running and hear the girls moans in the background and it does wonders for your workout. Give it a go, it is worth it IMO.
 
Dose your hands ever get used to jelqing i gotta take a few second brake every couple huundred and it seems like the excersises get more intense as time goes on do you stil get cramps in your hand

Jay,

Yes your hands will get used to jelqing, just like lifting weights. Your body is sore but in a couple of weeks no problem, same goes for your grip strength while jelqing, or stretching.
 
Your hands and any effort you put out starts with a thought. When you can become focused on a thought and what you want to achieve all of your mental power is being inputted into your workout. Your hands are only an extension of your mind.
 
True, when i do the dld blasters i already believe i am gonna gain, and i do, pretty fast.
I think guys who can put on muscle fast like myself can also gain faster in Penis Enlargement.
So, dld this probably means you should start pumping iron, shoot for 182 pounds at least.
im 210 at present.

They are a wonderful exercise. I remember when I created them. I had just torn my frenulum and was staying in a motel while my apartment was having work done. I could not Penis Enlargement due to the injury so I mainly played with thought experiments. I was trying to understand what Kegels had to do with Penis Enlargement and this is when I stumbled onto Reverse Kegels. I could feel when I did the reverse kegel my ligs would completely relax and when I pulled on my penis I could feel it in the ligs. I knew that with a more intense stretch (the A Stretch) this would really be something. I owe my last two inches to DLD Blasters.
