Been doing some simple clamped bends the last week and theyre great. I just bend my wang over my forarm and hold it for about 30 seconds at a time. I can really feel the expansion in the sides, and my glans really swells up too. Once a day for around 40 minutes total...4 10 minute sets seems ideal right now. Any redness goes away by the next day.
