I used to do marathon clamping. I got good gains from it (that lasted for a while when stopping, but a lot wasn't cemented). However, I also got a lot of discoloration from doing it. Be careful.
As long as your penis isn't clamped so hard that you restrict all blood flow and you allow for breaks, your method might work. Add just a few minutes each subsequent workout. Just be very careful and keep a close eye on your penis. If it starts to discolor, feel cold, or go numb, you've gone way over the line!
i've done this in the past and a few other members has too...but not with a clamp i used pipe insulation and a hose clamp...work yourself up to about 50% and tighten the hose clamp...at first i was only keeping it on for about twenty minutes..then i worked myself up to an hour...but i would take it off for about twenty minutes before i attempted another set....it's nothing wrong with it but like Big Al said...watch for numbness or your head getting cold..those are sure size that blood is not flowing properly
