This technique is great too after you have maximized your gaines from blasters.

Actually, "The Choke Hold" was first introduced by Henry Ford.

i think you will be able to do it, its simple, this just make it easier to grasp:

make a v with your arm, and lower your elbow to your groin, now place the hand of the same arm on your opposite shoulder, now drape the penis over the elbow crease with the free hand.

Now you will be leaning forward, just lean back and enjoy! you should be in total contrl the pressure used too.
