Changing corpus spongiosum?

Hi guys i have a question and i hope you can help me out.

I'm in to Pe for 2 weeks now, newbie routine + Hydromax my eq is like a rock, i have really rock hard erections and it feels also good so there's nothing wrong with this, but i noticed right after i cum during sex with my gf i have a feeling in my corpus spongiosum what i can not explain yet.

Also what i noticed twice this weekend after sex that the corpus feels much more bigger then i can remember from before Penis Enlargement starting.
when i hold my shaft and reach under near de balls it feels really really big and goes from under de balls to half of the shaft, it doesn't hurt but feels a bit strange. Am i worrying for nothing here? Does the corpus get bigger from Pe and pumping? Is this good or not?

So true, with even a small increase in pens volume the penis will feel completely alien.
