In one week it begins for me - a new approach. Never thought I'd dust off the old olympic weights for my...uh...kyack.
I'll take exact measurements the day before I begin, erect length , girth & a volume reading.

Good Luck WaxN! You have done so well with bodybuilding that I think you will really excel with your new program.

Thanks DLD. I'm gonna give hanging a good try & see what happens. I'm just not too thrilled with my length gains, maybe hanging can get me jumpstarted again.

Waxn,

How did the weights work out for you? I know I just got my first hanger (a bib starter) and I love it so far. To early to check for gains though.

Yes, how's it been going for you Wax. I'm soon to order a BibStarter even though i'm no newbie to hanging . I had teh regular BibHanger before and it was great.. Until I tried to go over 15lbs. Great job on getting a starter! LOL

What kind of results did you see? What happened at 15 lbs.?
