In one week it begins for me - a new approach. Never thought I'd dust off the old olympic weights for my...uh...kyack.
I'll take exact measurements the day before I begin, erect length, girth & a volume reading.

Good Luck WaxN! You have done so well with bodybuilding that I think you will really excel with your new program.

Thanks DLD. I'm gonna give hanging a good try & see what happens. I'm just not too thrilled with my length gains, maybe hanging can get me jumpstarted again.

Yo WAXN if ya need any advice on it, you can ask me as I am new at weights also.

Wow. I get the impression that hanging involves a serious time commitment. Good luck and keep us posted.

Waxn,

How did the weights work out for you? I know I just got my first hanger (a bib starter) and I love it so far. To early to check for gains though.

Yes, how's it been going for you Wax. I'm soon to order a BibStarter even though i'm no newbie to hanging. I had teh regular BibHanger before and it was great.. Until I tried to go over 15lbs. Great job on getting a starter! :D
